Refund policy

We accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. Items including packaging should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Sale items and custom work are final sale.

Please note that custom orders or items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. All jewelry items need to have all of the original tags still attached and need to be in an unworn condition.

Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER.

 

Please follow our 3 easy step return process:

1.  Get Your Return Authorization Number ('RMA').

a. Login to your customer profile and locate the order in your history. Being the return. 

b. Reach out to our live support or call our customer support number to obtain an RMA

You will receive an E-Mail with your Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.


2. Package Your Order. Please carefully include all original packaging material including all paperwork inside shipping box. Make sure to include your Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. Please do not write DiamondsR4EverUSA, jewelry or any related words (such as Gold, Diamond, Ring etc.) anywhere on the package!


3.  Shipping and Insurance.  For your protection, we recommend shipping with FedEx,   UPS, DHL or USPS Registered mail. Make sure your package is fully insured for the total value. DiamondsR4Everusa.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number or received in a damaged or tampered box, will not be accepted. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number!

 

HOW YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED.


Once we receive your returned item and our quality team inspects/ accepts it, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the item excluding shipping charges. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Any item returned without an authorization code will not be accepted. Please contact us for an exchange or refund authorization code and instructions.
